Inside My Mind ~ Mduduzi Msibi

Inside my mind
You will never find
A more common lie
Than ‘I am fine.’
For you see,

Inside my mind
I see large lines
Which truly define,
The way I live my life.

Inside my mind
I try and hide
From all the cries
That are wondering why
I refuse to cry.

Inside my mind
I see no light
Only endless fright
That I hide out of sight
Inside my mind.
